I’ve been a runner for about 25 years. For most of those years I have averaged three runs a week. The exceptions have been when I was training for the one marathon I ran in 2003 and now, when my family commitments and new work schedule allow me to run once a week. Needless to say, this schedule isn’t ideal since I rely on running for both physical and mental health.
So this page is meant to be a source of inspiration – for links and information that will get me (and maybe you) out on the road. Please feel free to add anything you find helpful – stretches, warmups, training schedules, whatever.

Hullo, Bruce! I give you http://www.crossfit.com. As I recall I promised you this link many, many moons ago, and now–finally–thar you go. While it isn’t precisely running related, it does fall within the realm of general fitness/good athletic juju. I’m nowhere near hardcore enough to attempt most of the insane fitness feats seen on Crossfit, but it never fails to inspire me, teach me how to properly execute new fitness moves (check the videos section!), and make me hungry to do more, try harder, and get back on my erg.
